Real Monarch correction process
See the machine work before the promise.
This footage shows our team carrying out real machine correction on a BMW M3. It demonstrates the process—not a guaranteed result. The safe correction level is confirmed after inspecting each vehicle’s paint.
Machine polishing with a purpose
Not every vehicle needs the same correction.
Paint condition, previous polishing, defect depth and your expectations all influence the right approach. A one-stage enhancement focuses on gloss and lighter defects; deeper multi-stage correction uses cutting and refining steps for more demanding paint.
Paint correction improves suitable defects—it cannot safely erase every deep scratch or damage that has passed through the clear coat.
We assess before we promise
01
Inspect the clear coat
Identify suitable defects, previous work and unsafe areas.
02
Match the correction level
Choose the least aggressive process that can achieve the agreed outcome.
03
Confirm realistic results
Explain what should improve and what requires paint repair instead.
Correction levels
Choose the finish, not just the number of stages.
1-stage
Paint Enhancement
A light machine polish that improves gloss and reduces lighter swirl marks and minor imperfections.
Sedan$400SUV$450
Single-stage machine polish
Light swirl and minor-defect reduction
Improved gloss, clarity and colour depth
Best for newer or maintained vehicles
Most popular2-stage
Paint Correction
A cutting and refining process for heavier swirl marks, oxidation and moderate paint defects.
Sedan$500SUV$550
Initial machine-cutting stage
Second refining stage for gloss and clarity
Targets moderate swirls and oxidation
Greater correction than a one-stage service
3-stage
Show Prep
Our most comprehensive correction for maximum clarity, depth and a showroom-quality finish.
Sedan$650SUV$700
Multi-stage cutting and refining
Designed for more extensive correction
Targets heavier suitable defects
Final requirements confirmed after inspection
Paint correction is an exterior-only service. Interior detailing can be added separately.
What polishing can and cannot solve
Start with the defect, not the package name.
Likely fit
Swirls and wash marring
Suitable surface-level defects can often be reduced safely, improving clarity and gloss.
Inspect first
Deeper isolated scratches
Some marks may improve, while chasing others could remove too much clear coat. We inspect before committing.
Repair path
Chips and paint failure
Missing, cracked or failed paint is not corrected by polishing and may need a paint-repair specialist.
We assess paint condition, previous work and the defects that concern you.
02
Prepare
Safe washing and decontamination remove material that would interfere with polishing.
03
Correct
The selected cutting and/or refining stages are completed methodically.
04
Protect
Choose suitable protection or move into the complete ceramic coating package.
Correction questions
Set the right expectation.
Will every scratch disappear?
No. Correction targets suitable defects in the clear coat. Deep scratches, paint failure, chips and damage may need repair rather than further polishing.
How do I know which stage I need?
Newer or maintained paint may suit an enhancement. Heavier swirls and oxidation generally need more correction. We confirm the safest suitable approach after inspection.
Does correction include the interior?
No. Paint correction is an exterior-only service. Choose an interior package or relevant add-on separately.
Should I add ceramic coating?
If long-term protection is the objective, the ceramic package already includes a full two-stage correction and complete coating preparation.
Plan the finish
Correction can stand alone or prepare for protection.
